Ba Kut Tehhhhhhh
It's Day Two of My Life Without Concession and I'm as depressed as Ali the roti prata man who doesn't earn much from selling pathetic pratas (aliteration!).
On a brighter note, some really overdue pics.
Ba Kut Teh eh eh eh ehh last Sunday.
The day started off with Mahjong at Marcus's house!
Felix makes my record of all-candid-shots non-candid. He INSISTS on posing for EVERY photo taken of him. No he's not camera-shy at all. I think the camera is shy of him. ._. He says it's because that's better than taking unglam shots when he didn't notice the camera taking his pictures. Which gave me an idea for a 2009 resolution!
I must take unglam shots of Felix! :D

Then I spotted EggMan! You know, like got Superman, Batman, Spiderman... Here's Eggman!

HELLO MARCUS. Marcus has weird tidbits at home. His prawn rolls are so pirated they contain peanuts.
I took their pictures because they left early and I said to crop their photos into the group photo. But we didn't take any group photo in the end, I wonder why? ._. So there's nowhere to crop into. EHYER, I should have taken pictures of Jay Chou at the bakuteh place and crop myself inside. D:
After alot of last rounds, we left Marcus's house at around 6.30pm to BA KUT TEH. Apparently it's some really famous place and the queue's always really long. The whole place is filled with photos of celebrities who visited that place, INCLUDING JAYYYYYY. I betcha I used the utensils he used. :D :D
While queueing, this photo was taken after 6 unsuccessful attempts. Too many extra legs and waving arms and whatnots. Heh. 7 legs but 8 people Ba Kut Teh-ed because Siyuan joined us just when it's our turn in the line! :)

Personally, I felt the ba kut teh was good. Not bad lah. But my mother cooks better ones. :D The price is a little edgy so I guess it's good for once in awhile gathering like what we did. BUT considering I may be using chopsticks that Jay once used, it's definitely worth it! :D

We wanted to stack the bowls up to show we ate many bowls of rice but those are glass bowls which will slip when you stack them up. So we gave up stacking bowls.
Then we left the place and went to a shopping mall opposite to get drinks.

Mel loves Ronald. They've been together for a year now. She goes red each time she sees him. But then again, she goes red at everything. ._. Ronald gets jealous when Mel blushes over anything other than him. So he got really angry with her.
But after a hug from Mel, Ronald forgave Mel and they're a sweet couple once again. Awwwwwwwww. The end.

Then we played Water Tension and the losers did forfeits like Nothing and Forget About It and Let's Go Home.
