PROM
This is going to be a really sad post because you people refuse to give me your addresses. Why, WHY. I'm very sad because it seems like I only have four friends, Laimeng, Son, and two shorties.
You don't even have to scroll down to type it in now. I'm posting it again (and will again and again) until I get all the addresses I want.
Anyway, I'm here to blog about prom that happened four days ago. I borrowed the card reader from Junjie (it's so great he lives just next block) and tried to upload the prom pics a few days ago, and failed. I don't know why either. Anyway, I got MEL to transfer the pics for me into MINGHAN's thumbdrive. So THANK YOU MEL. :D :D
And then MINGHAN got it from Mel at I-don't-really-know-where, and passed it to me at the bus stop near my house. He's the perfect boyfriend for lazy people. So THANK YOU BOYFRIEND. :D :D
Come to think of it, I borrowed Chunkit's camera, Minghan's thumbdrive, and Mel's com just to show you these prom pics. That's a huge deal for lazists, although I hardly did anything. ._.

On Dec 1st, which is also Jiahao's birthday (Happy birthday Gead, may your head overtake Earth one day), and World Aid's Day, there was NJ prom night, held at Swissotel. It was 70bucks ticket (HAHA SOKMUI), and the food sucks as expected. Anyway, I had my makeup and hair done at a very aunties place at Vista Point (nearest my house, I think I'm the laziest person in the world). It was cheap compared to palces like Kimage or Jantzen ($68 just for hair?!). It cost me only $40 for hair and makeup, and free flow of Taiwan aunty drama and cold water. LOL.
Oh no, I feel very cheapskate. That was so Jaslyn.
Anyway, after that, Minghan got his dad to drive to Woodlands to fetch me. We reached Swissotel pretty early, like 5.40pm. Prom is supposed to start at 6pm. I was starving, like mad. I could have eaten Minghan if he's edible.

Here's Son. The theme of prom was Lights, Camera, Action! and he came dressed as the mummy. Not daddy mummy kind of mummy. The Egypt kind mummy. It's said he got 40 rolls of bandages just to wrap himself up. If it's me (which it never will), I'll use toilet roll instead. Because 1. It's free, can get from Swissotel and 2. No need scared run out of it, if drop just go toilet refill.
Okay now I really feel very cheapskate. LOL.
This is birthday boy, Jiahao, who came as L. He even had eyeliner on. So poser why scared take pics leh.

As you can see, there were some other weirdpeople costumes. Two came as pirates, both from Jiahao's and Son's class. And there's a jedi (?). Lol.
Those aside, normal people like you, me, everybody else came in their usual prom clothes.
This is Mel and I. Yea, that's my Sec4 prom dress because it cost a lot and 1. I'm cheapskate and 2. I only wore it once during Sec4 prom and 3. I probably won't get any other chance to wear it.
That's me and Minghan. He was wearing white with pink and had blue streaks in his hair which I only realised when prom ended.

We gotshoved ushered into another area nearer to the ballroom while waiting for prom to start. It was like 6.30pm already and I was so hungry I started chewing Minghan... okay, no. That didn't happen. Sandy typed that. Bad Sandy.
There was a red carpet which I think 50% of the people who came late didn't notice... Talk about redundant stuff. Lol.

Here's Hongjie and I. Hongjie came with alien hair, jeans, and purple shoes. He was telling me about his alien hair and freaking out 20hours before prom. (20hours to grow LOL) But turns out, the alien wasn't there because Yixuan saved him. Woah. Hongjie has been a saviour these two years because he's TYS answer key via SMS. Very efficient. Added features include some curses and swears. LOL.

This is Sharon and I. She's my badminton team mate of two years. I stayed over at her house many times and you should have read something about it once in awhile. She's Sharon The Serial Killer because she has a serial killer mind. A bit less dangerous than Sokmui only.
Mel and I again. Mel has been my great friend for the last two years, doing all sorts of things together. She is funny because I laugh a lot when I see her. She walks by the speed of light. This photo is taken at the 359083th attempt because she's always moving so fast.

This is Serene Ah Ma and me. She's Ah Ma because she's really very ahma-ish. We are all her grandchildren and Ah Gong is supposed to be Cheewee because of some lame long story which I forgot already. Anyway, they share a love boat called The Canoe because Cheewee is a canoist. LOL. Okay nevermind.

He's good in Physics, Maths, Chemistry, Econs, soccer, Captain's Ball, computer games, aiyah just everything. He's the ultimate kind of top scorer material plus plus, an ultra nice character. He taught me Vectors.

Mummy and I. I've known Son for 4 years and he's changed a lot from the 700% polite guy from Vietnam back in Sec3. Nevertheless, he's another nice guy (LOL NO VOCAB AH, KEEP USING NICE), who replies to my call for addresses. YOU GIB ME YOUR ADDRESS NOW.
This is Giahao and I. I've known him for 6 years and he's changed a lot from the Mushroom back in Sec3. Nevertheless, he's a weird guy, who has a cute brother who can't say R.C and a cute sister who drew a house for me. His siblings are so cute, and their heads aren't even close to being big. Jiahao must have been Siamese.
