I don't need you to kill me
I'm consistently thinking I'm dying soon. Apart from all the melamine and cup noodles poison, there's so much more in life that can end us as easily as breaking crazy kungfu panda's arm.

Like, you wake up in the morning, you may fall in the toilet, break your backbone and die. You may argue that us young lads have really strong bones that are so not brittle and can withstand a few falls. Now how sure are you. You who don't take in calcium often. We can't even drink Dutch Lady now. (Not that I do, but anyway.)

Or, when you're eating, you may choke and die. Or you may be eating too much of something without realising. Maybe you're taking in too much salt, maybe your liver is dying. Maybe you're taking in too much sugar, maybe you're getting diabetes. Maybe you're not taking enough _____, or _____, or _____, or ______, which may hence lead you to contracting _______, or _____, or _______, or _______ etc. You get my point.

Maybe we're all killing ourselves unknowingly.

When you walk out of your house, you may get into an accident. The types are inexhaustible. Maybe you'll get run down by a car, maybe the bus you take will ram into something else, maybe the lift you take will break down so bad it drops from level 9 to ground level, maybe you will get caught by a falling vase, maybe this maybe that.

And I haven't even mention those situations you can get yourself into. Maybe you'll get mobbed, and killed, or raped and killed, or kidnapped and sent to Thailand to be child beggars and die along the way, or mistaken as somebody else and killed anyway, or stared too long at a gangster and get killed anyway...

And then there are those diseases that can catch you unknowingly. Maybe today you just got dengue, or SARS, or hand foot mouth disease, or food poisoning. Or just a seizure that takes you away without warning or explanation, so unexpectedly you were really planning what to do the next day when you wake up (you never will).

And there's a huge possibilty Sokmui may be killing you, soon.

I know all these probabilities are teeny, but if they all add up surely they should amount to at least 0.02? Isn't it scary to think there's a 2% chance you are dying?

...

Nevermind. Byebye.
