We're at this stage in life where we reminisce too much of our near past, worry too much about our near future, are
too clueless about everything that can, will, may happen to us, think we know alot, think we don't know anything,
am confident about the wrong things, take pride in wasting time away, want too much but want to do too little.

Forever
Down with a horrible fever. Blame myself for saying it's good to force the illness out when Sokmui said she think she's falling sick. Anyway, happy birthday PRISCILLA! :D So saddening that your birthday falls one day after GST HIKE. But still, it's your birthday! And aren't you glad that there was me, Sokmui and a short wall (HAHAHAHA) there to sing you the birthday song at 12am just after our Mahjong game? :D
Ahhhh. Brain feels fried. Fever feels like it's been there since the beginning of time, and will be there forever. Ha.
Oh, speaking of forever, the other day I was on 969 or 961 or some other long journey bus back to Woodlands and I couldn't fall asleep because some girl sitting beside me was beating an imaginary drum and it was very distracting. (Did you realise how long this sentence is? Ha!) So thoughts ran wild and because someone vandalised "I heart blah blah blah FOREVER" on the seat in front of me, I started thinking of what forever actually means.
So on the one hour plus plus journey home, I couldn't think of anything that's really forever. Forever means always. And nothing is always true. It may not be true in the past, and it may not be true in the future. And even if it has always been true since time began, and it is always always true in the future, it's still not concrete because what's true to us may not be true to others. And even if you can prove it with data and figures, you can't prove it with data and figures of the future because it hasn't even happened yet.
So, because we don't know what's in the future, nothing's forever. Forever's only true for now. And that's an oxymoron because forever's supposed to mean forever and ever, now and in the future. Ah nevermind.
Really, I can't stop thinking about it. I can't think of anything that's really forever and there's no counter argument for it.
Okay nevermind. I should sleep the fever away.
